Q. Why a vanity bench?

A. It's great for women to use while putting on their make-up, applying moisturizer, putting stockings on, to lay clothes on, etc. The trick is to cover it in a material that you can throw in the wash if you get it dirty.

Q. What if I don't know how to sew or upholster?

A. Don't worry, no sewing is required. All you need is a staple gun and some towels.
    Materials:

No-Sew/Staple Technique

1. Take 2 towels.

2. Staple into place.

3. Use fusible iron-on webbing (rolls like tape) to create a no-sew hem.

Draping Technique

1. Take 2 towels

2. Attach with white cloth tape.

3. Attach decorative cording with push pins.

4. Tie the cords in a criss-cross pattern.

Q.   And the looks are interchangeable?
A. Different colored towels can be used to coordinate for different looks in your room; with the draping technique, the towels can easily be removed to wash.
